Help Pinched Nerve

Hey Coaches!

 

So i have a pinched nerve in my  shoulders/neck.  It hurts when i swim and bike.  And it hurts like a mother.  So i have been going to a Chiropractor and i am getting massages.  What else can i do?  What can i do with my training to potentially limit the time i am in pain. 

I am in week 16 of IM intermediate training for Lake Placid in 1 month!! 

 HELP!

  • Jb, you could do a run block for a week to rest it up as you rehab it...I would post this to the injury forum to see what others have to say!

    If a run week, it's45' easy to steady with strides at the end in mon/we'd/fri..tues and Thursday regular runs as planned, then back to the bike on the weekend!!
