Rich, I've been sick all week (URI, bronchitis and fatigue). working in the ER has a big down side! I am just recovering and tried a spin class today. my endurance still sucks and I have terrible pain in my right buttock and hip where I had pain at the end of the 70.3. however, my heart rate is better.
Should I jump back in this week? I have to look at my restwise score but it was pretty low this past week. I do plan on calling my physical therapist about my back side.... I can run but I can't cycle without a good deal of pain.... more pain sitting up than in aero... I can run other than the fatigue and coughing which is improving.

Sorry to hear about your friction. Yes, you can "jump" back into your training week but you'll obviously need to adjust things according to how you feel, using the training plan as a guide.
