Felt B16 Vs Speed Concept 7.0

Hello...I am very new to the sport and need some help.  The local bike store sells the Felt B16 and Trek Speed Concept 7.0.  The Felt is about $700 cheaper than the Trek.  I am looking for a bike that will be great for the next couple of years.  I could potentially use the extra money to put into a power meter.  Thanks to any of your thoughts or opinions.

    The new Trek Speed Concept is coming out soon. You might want to wait for the redesign or wait for the old models to drop significantly in price.
