Hi there,
So I'm in week one of the Beg IM 20 week plan (headed for IMAZ). I'm a mentor for a running group that runs on Saturdays...which means my long runs will be on Saturdays. Trying to figure out the best way to swap days/move/adjust. My weekdays are pretty flexible, so I can do the long bike rides during the week. I'm just not sure if I should just start my weeks on a different day, so that my long runs fall on Saturday instead of Thursday, or if there is a way to keep the days mostly the same and swap days (for instance change my Saturday bike ride to Thursday, and the long run to Saturday, but then I think I'd have to swap my Wed. Bike with Monday, so that I have time between the two...). Ugh. Am I even making sense anymore?

#1 - just move the whole week such that Sat is the new Thursday, done.
#2 - if 1 doesn't work, then you put the ABP ride on Thrusday, then do your long ride on Sunday after the long run. Not ideal, but worse things have been done!!!
Note you can pick either...this is just my personal order of preference....
