Ftp testing

Hey guys
Im brand new here so hopefully im posted in the right forum.
I biught the intermediate plan a couple weeks ago and the ftp testing suggested 2x20(2').
While i was browsing around here earlier here the ftp testing was 1x20mins. Which one to do?
