Coach P reviewed my powerfile from our first day on the course (Friday) during this year's camp. I knew there were several things I did wrong and learned a lot from the review. I thought the group might benefit from the review, particularly those who won't have the chance to ride the course prior to race day. Link below:

Agreed. I have similar W/kg as you and have a similar tendency to ride how you did. Am definitely going to ease into the ride to finish strong. Thanks.
