Big Tri week
HI coach, Im attempting the 5 day push this week. did 56 mile ( computrainer some Z4 worked in: 8,12,15,15,12,8 with 2-4' rest. Then remainder high Z2. 5 mile run in pm. Tomorrow 100 miler. What wattage should I shoot for on rides? Pace on runs? Thx & wish me luck
