I have to spend the week in Rochester next week and need to get my swims in. Anyone from that area and know where I could head?

    Thanks all! One of guys that works for me up here pointed me to Webster Aquatic Center. I hadn't even thought of open water

    Placed worked out great...$6 for a day pass...tons of lanes, gear, etc...and 3 mornings this week from 6 - 9 AM they move the bulkeads and make it 50 yd long course
