Include 0 in power average or not?

When we say "average power" or np, should i keep the zeros in or take them out... garmin has an option to take them out...

Include the zeros. the only place you may consider not including them is for cadence.

Yes, keep the zero's. The power you don't do definitely has an effect on your ride/run and you want to capture that.
