Bike "on" time
I've probably missed this explanation, but how does the " on" time differ from, say, 3 x 1' @ zone 4? Or some othe hard interval? Also, if the plan calls for 12' of "on" time and I do sets of 30" on, 30" recovering, am I spending 24 minutes in total to get the full 12 or just the 12, which gives me 6' of hard work? Does this make sense??? :unsure: thanks!
