I'm riding a Hed jet 9 on the front and a hed jet disk on the back. Both are the new generation of wider wheels. My brakes were designed for narrow rims (around 19 mm) so I had to remove the spacers to provide enough clearance. I just removed the shoes, took off the interior spacers, and reinstalled the shoes. Seems to work just fine.
no. this is a road bike with fsa k force and 303's.
the 303's are super wide and i cant get the k force open wide enough. i removed the spacers. might need to grind the pads a little. pads last me forever anyway.
I wouldnt even know where to begin adjusting the p5 brakes. Side note, I had my first dead battery on the di2 the other morning. took me 15 min to figure out why I couldnt shift the fd. only to come to the realization that I didnt buy a charger...
