The best time to take caffeine during full IM??

Did my 2nd RR today in preparation for IMLP, and it was the first time I made a point to hold off on any caffeine until the end of the day. Wow was it powerful! I can't remember the last time I felt that good coming off the bike, let alone a century+. I had to force myself to stop running at the hour mark...

Question is, on race day, when is the best time to start on the caffeine train (for a full IM)? I'm sure there are a bunch of different opinions here - Is it towards the end of the bike? Better to wait until you're into the run a little bit?
