IMLP - sick with a cold

Coach, 

In the Wiki for illness it says to alternate every 1.5 hrs with Airborne and Zicam totally 5 doses of each per day.   I have both but was reading on the package for the Airborne that said not to take it more than 3x a day.  I will do ANYTHING to get over this virus - just want to make sure I'm understanding your protocol correctly.  Thanks so much!
