How do I approach the bike portion of the race. I am racing with power. How do I cycle through my zones. Or what Zones should I be in?

    Using the top navigation, go to Resources > Wiki > Race Execution, then look for Half Ironman Execution Details about half way down. LOTS of stuff in that doc
