Bursitis
Ok.. my ART guy seems to think my knee problems for the past couple weeks is probably bursitis. Never had it before but after I run hard my knee is extremely tight and sore in the MCL area for the next day and eases up with RICE. My A race olympic was this past Sunday and I'm already planning on not running/riding this week and icing 3x a day. You folks that have dealt with this, did you come back slowly to the run? Just run easy for a certain amount of time? I can tolerate everything right now but I don't want it getting worse and throwing a monkey wrench in my HIM plans for October.
