Well, I thought I was running a 11-28 for the past month.
When I got my bike ready for a June training weekend in LP, I couldn't find my 11-27 so I figured I put on the 11-28. I have two SRAM Red Cassettes, an 11-26 and an 11-28 that I use for races. I grabbed what I though was the Red 11-28 and went up to LP. I've been running that cassette since, occasionally thinking, "geez I'd have thought the 28 would be easier".
When I got my bike race ready this weekend and took out my race wheels, I noticed the cassette I ran in Quassy was still on the rear wheel — my Red 11-28, I've been on an 11-26 for a month thinking it's an 11-28!
My outlook on climbing in LP next weekend just got better.
