Big Bike/Tri Week recovery...

My search-Fu need some work; I have been looking for this for the last couple weeks but have no luck. Does anyone remember a thread or a podcast (can't remember which form it was in). When coach Rich talked about recovery and how to bounce bake from a big training week? Some thing like the next day off, then swim the next day and on the 4th day do the Tuesday bike interval (will feel like crap). and move the long run to next weekend? Does that sound familiar or did I just made the whole thing up in my head? I am planning a big week in a couple weeks and were thinking about what is going to happen the week after.
Any help will be appreciated.

I thought it was in a thread that had to do with BBW but it was a combo of HM recovery and Big Weeks.
