I don't have a trainer for my bike, is spin bike ok?
I live in South Florida so I rarely need to ride indoors. I do however have a spin bike in the house which I purchased several years ago to avoid riding in the dark. I have however resigned myself to doing that.
Recently we have had 3 weeks of ridiculous consistent rainfall, so I am wondering if when riding outside is not an option is a spin bike ok? For future reference should I look into getting a trainer instead, if so any recommendations?

Dunno much about spin bikes but I can't see why that wouldn't work. Trainer would be better.
I have a KK road machine, and have no complaints. You can also add power through trainer road or through their "in ride" gizmo. I think dc rainmaker had a review. If I were going to upgrade, the wahoo kickr looks pretty darn cool.
