Chafing
Obviously, the best way to deal with chafing is to never get it in the first place. But it's Texas, with lots of heat and humidity. My long run this morning at the butt-crack of pre-dawn (5am start), after about 13 miles my tri chamois started rubbing the wrong way. The during-run sweat and post-run shower were particularly sensitive, to say the least.
How does one "treat" chafing, after the fact?

@ Scott...
During: I just use Vasoline. Heavy coats, inside of upper leg down to wherever the rubbing stops. Works great. Cheap, too.
After: yeah, Desitin if it's real bad.
