bike pacing zones
hitting 4.5 hr ride tomorrow. coming off Racine 70.3. feel good & following post race template for this week. Satisfied with my bike in racine-2:45 followed by 1:46 run. However my NP was 120. Coach P said that category a little better indicator of my effort. I just don't seem to hit my Zones. Tomorrow is 8x25' hi Z2 low Z3. Any advice on how to make this happen? And my Z2 is 129-138. Z3 : 147-157.
What about the numbers in between those zones? 139-146? those ok too? I just can't seem to maintain anything constant? So glad I'm attending the Iman Camp. Can you or a designated chaperone ride with me the whole time! Those will be your expressions if so:)
