Anson's micro thread

Hey Patrick,

Next week I'm heading into the GF intermediate plan, week 5. I'm also planning to race a half marathon next weekend (travelling on Friday, racing on Saturday). Can you give some guidance as to how I should rearrange the week (mostly Monday-Thursday)?

  • @Ansom, regular week thru Wed, thursday is 45' run, EZ, with 6 strides. Fridy off. Sat is short run + strides, then race. We can pick up with an easy swim on Monday.
