week 14 training weekend following IMRacine

Question regarding week 14 coming off of Racine. In CR's podcast he says to push the Thursday long run back to Sunday. However looking at week 14 of my plan I got really long swim 4200 on Fri followed by strides. Run and long bike on Sat followed by day off on Sunday. Could you weigh in on what I should substitute for each? thx
