Ankle Pain After Running

To be more specific, based on some online doctoring, it looks like it could be anterior tibial tendinitis. On my left foot right next to my ankle bone, it is sore after I run. Not sure what has caused it as there have not been any changes to my training or shoes or the more obvious culprits lately recently. Currently, I only run about 10 mi/week.  I noticed it maybe 5-6 weeks ago. (Maybe that hill bounding during the run focus plan??  I noticed it a little then, but seems to be getting more frequent)  It is usually fine while I am running but acts up most when walking after running and just everyday walking. My "A" race is in 4 weeks. (Just an Oly) so I guess I need to walk the fine line between not making the ankle worse (and getting better) and maintaining run fitness. Then i have half mary in oct. Any experience with this and recos aside from icing after and ibuprofen? any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!
