Modifying plan for IMWI Camp - Link broken

I'm attending the IMWI camp this weekend...but the link for "Modifying your plan for EN Camp" on the wiki here Modifying Your Training for an EN Rally / Camp  just takes you to the camp details/signup page.  No mention of the plan modifications for the week prior.  Can you update the link or let us know how we should modify the next few days?
