2014 Season Planning
Hi RnP,
I submitted a full race report last week. Not sure if this is something you would normally review, but I would like some early guidance on what the 2014 plan would look like with IMLP being my A race.
The critical factor for me at this point is that I'm saddled with a bum Achilles from my race. In hindsight I think it was the slow pace traversing miles and miles of hills that "overstreched" the tendon. This could definitely happen again at LP which is not quite as hilly, but certainly similar terrain as the Lake George area. Currently revisiting some better shoe options for my run as well...
So my thought is to put things on hold for a couple months to let things heal and slowly get ready for November out season...
Appreciate your thought by mail or perhaps setting up a call.
Best regards,
Arun

Yes, you should definitely put things on hold to heal up so that you're 100% for NovOS start on Oct 28th. That said, there's not much value right now in thinking too much about how to lay out the entire year. Patrick and I will create Season Plans for the EN key races next year so that everyone can have a 95% solution for how they should be thinking about their '14 seasons. Look for that later this month.
