Nice to meet you at IMLP. I finished with 12:37 - 1:20 swim, 6:49 bike and 4:18 run. 2012 CDA was 12:36, with 15 min T1 due to hypothermia. Was hoping for 1:20 swim, 6:20 bike and 4:20 bike. I really slowed down on the second lap of the bike, but kept in low Z2 for the entire first lap. Not sure what happened. My RR were 5:50 for 112 in Flat HOT HOT weather into the wind on the second half with no degradation of power. I am very mystified and a little disappointed, but ready to get moving again. I have NO plans so far, but will try "flat and hot" in 2014 or 2015. I think I will focus on getting some strength back between now and year end. What plan would you suggest?

Great to meet you!
I submitted my race survey on Monday or Tuesday via the system. It is a draft and I am completely open to events. Florida aras has lot of races in March- April timeframe.
I would also consider the Blue Ridge Training camp.
I want to really smash an IM next year. At least, hit the podium. I did the recap of IM LP with Coach Patrick. Sent it to the admin email and he and I discussed last Friday.
At this time, would it be possible for you and patrick to come up with a plan for me, including races (not signed up for any of the ones noted on my survey and open to change) and "best IM" considering FL as my training area. I have been looking at IM TX, IM LOU or IM FL. OR, if the new IM in the SE comes to fruition. Later in the summer is better since I would have a trainiing partner that is doing IM LP next year. I did most of my training this year on my own, and that was really hard and I think part of the reason I did not improve.
