Hi folks, with so much going on, when the date of your Ironman gets closer, it is hard to remember if you brushed your teeth, let alone remember where that link is to the Team Event sheet, or what the deadline date is the for bios.... so this is the thread to come to where all the information you need is in one place.

Deadlines

Dinner/Lunch : August 29 (this has been changed from Sept 1st)

Bios and Pics: August 30th

T-shirt order: August 26th

  • ALL T-shirt orders, including family members will be delivered and distributed at the Team Dinner on Thursday (time/locationTBD)

Any hats, visor, etc that are ordered will be shipped to your designated shipping address. These will be available to order the week of August 12th.

    Thanks for doing this Brenda! Makes everything so much easier image But-I clicked on the tri club challenge sign up and it took me to a completed survey. Is that the correct link?

    Thanks -- this is great -- I always seem to be doing things at the last minute and this will be a big help

     

    @Lauren - If you filled out the survey previously I think you have a cookie that prevents you from doing it again.  At least, I get the same response when I click on the link and know I filled out the survey a few weeks ago.

    I am not racing but I am peeling wetsuits in the morning, catching finishers in the afternoon, and of course cheering you all on all day. It will be a fun day for me and a very rewarding day for all the racers.

    The team dinner will be on Thursday, not sure of exact time yet (unless Brenda knows something, which wouldn't surprise me). I'll keep people posted as we nail down the details. Getting closer!!

    When I try to pay for the dinner, I keep getting the message from Paypal that "cookies are turned off." I use Paypal all the time and cookies are "on." Tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Nada.

    Brenda- I'm having the same problem that robert is/was having. tried both the link in the email as well as the long link above in the first post. same problem with cookies and i went through my browser, cookies are on. mmmm cookies....
