Teri's SuperDuperSpecialPlan
Hey Rich,
Good to see you again! THANKS for all your support!!! It was great to have you and Patrick there in LP.
So what to do in the next couple of months. I have Vegas 9/8 and then Kona 10/12. Kona is more of a priority than Vegas. I'd actually like to try and race Kona.
For Vegas my plan is to get a workout in before I leave on Thursday. Do something short on Friday and Saturday. Race on Sunday. I have done well with short rest for a half. Recover for a few days and then be ready to go by the weekend.
So the big question is what to do between now and Vegas and then after Vegas.
Right now my limiter is the run. I have minor plantar fasciitis on my left foot. It starts to brother me with longer runs. Leading up to LP I only did 1 run over 120 min. Did more quality running.
As for my bike.... The bike is not my friend. After St.George I really struggled with my bike and had a harder time hitting my numbers as the volume increased.
What should I do?
Thanks
Teri
