Advices for Short Course Race
Hi all, I am looking for advice on two questions in a short course race (sprint tri).
1. Swim - the water are at 22C and I dont own a wet suit. I swam in the lake last week and it was nice w/o a wet suit. Should I rent a suit or swim without? If I swim without - what to do with the HR chest strap? Put it at T1?
2. I am usually running with calf compression sleeves. Is there a problem to wear them during the bike portion as well?
