George's Macro Thread

I just completed 1 week of rest after IMLP with 3 weeks to go until IMLou.  I was in the intermediate plan leading up to IMLP.  What should I do for the next 3 weeks to prep for IMLou?

    • Load up the IM plan to end on IMLou
    • You'll likely need to dial down the long run next week. Stick to a volume that you feel comfortable with.
    • You should be good otherwise, but listen to your body. As we said at the camp, doing LP and Lou back to back like that is less than ideal so it's important to have the right expectations regarding your training leading up to Lou and your race in Louisville.
