Newbie Question
Ok on the Thursday long run the workout is broken up into 3 sections (intervals). I get the 20' @Z2 (10'), but need clarification on the "10 walking recoveries". Does this mean I stop and walk 10 steps during the recovery then start jogging at Z1 until my next interval? Do I do this for each of the interval "recoveries"?

MS:20' @ z2/MP (5'), 15' @ z3/HMP/ModHard (10'). Finish with 4 x 20 strides. (10 walking recoveries.)
Should read (10 second walking recoveries) -- as in 10 seconds after each set of 20" strides!! Will make the macro edits shortly!
