Vacation week adjustments

Coach, have a question about how to adjust this weeks plan for more of a run focus. I'm seven weeks out from IM Chesapeakeman and am going away on vacation. I'll be gone Monday- Friday so I'll still get the long rides in next weekend. Was wondering how I can adjust plan to make it more of a run focus plan for the week. Thoughts

  • @John, keep it simple. You have 1x long run and 1x interval run, then 3 other days. I suggest you go 45' run between z1/z2 pace with some strides at the end. INT run on tuesday (45'), wed = strides, thurs = long, friday=strides, then back on the weekend to ride (no running!!!). Enjoy!
