RR one week after IMLT training camp?

Hi Coaches -

Week 15 calls for a RR. Just finished Training Camp at Lake Tahoe (thank you Rich) . My legs are tired and work and family  is full tilt  - the fatigue factor is high.

How should I approach RR for this weekend?

 Race Rehearsal or Rest and Relax  ... kidding .

  • REST. You did the RR and more last weekend..you still need to ABSORB. Make sure you are staying hydrated and getting as much good sleep as possible...we don't want stress to get you right now as you are kinda vulnerable post camp!
  • Thanks Coach  - it was a good camp. I feel residual fatigue. One of the biggest lessons  I learned that  riding and running at altitude is easy to become  DEHYDRATED quickly.
