IM Wales is not on your spreadsheet so looks like I'll be the only one representing EN......I'll try to make you proud.  I've had a set back as I was hit by a car riding July 21, 2013 but I bounce well and I still have my sights set for the finish line.

Good luck Karen. Wales is supposed to be the toughest on the circuit per triathlon rankings (British website). I am looking forward to your race report.
