Erik's Macro Thread

Hi Coaches,

My tri season is over and after some rest I want (need) to get back into a training routine.

In my particular case, I'm a horrible runner and would like to use the fall/early winter to really focus on running to hopefully translate in to running gains during the 2014 triathlon season.

Can you suggest which plan (or if you have such a plan) i should use?
