Keith's upcoming workout micro

I know I have seen the answer to this question at some point but I am lazy and can't remember.  Tomorrow's workout is a Run.  It has 100 mins indicated.  But the workout itself would only be about 7-8 miles including warm-up and cool down, which will be completed in approximately 65 mins.  Should I plan to run another 35 mins to get close to 100 mins?
