  • Sending you lots of mojo! Good luck!
  • Wishing you all good skill!
  • Here's to a great day of Ninja Execution! Enjoy the race.
  • Ooh, nice swim times showing up.
  • All EN athletes are out of the water. Phew. Did you see George Jordans time 59:30 - BOOM!
  • Holy Kamoley... Kate Kaufer dropped a 1:15 swim followed by a 5 min T1. She's flying!
  • Btw, JT Thompson wasn't on the original tracker, but his bib is 167 if you want to add him. If you want to add people to the tracker, just add /d to the tracker link, so use this: http://marcrobards.com/entracker/2013/louisville/d

    JT dropped a 1:08 swim!!!
  • Thanks John, I added JT to the Lousiville tracker.
  • First pro just came in. Didn't catch the number.
  • Nice return to swimming form by JT! I was there when he crashed at Gran Fondo NJ and broke his collarbone among other things. He really went through hell with all the complications he encountered. Seeing that swim time just makes me smile big and wide. Go get 'em, JT!!!

  • Temperature in Louisville is apparently 89 or above. Heat like that all day looks like it is murdering them. I know a couple of local peeps doing IMSluggerville and their splits indicate some suffering.

  • It's hot throughout much of the middle of the country...can't be nice out there.
  • Oh my, that's horribly hot! Hope everyone is doing OK.
  • Thats the beauty of IMLOU you know with out fail that it will be hot and humid.... There is no guess work involved like so many other races... At least the humidity is pretty low for IMLOU this year!
  • Roy! Way to get it in there for sub-12!

  • Anyone one the ground know what happened to JT? He's moving slower than walking pace. I hope he's ok.
  • Come on ENers! That Louisville heat is a killer, but you all are WAY tougher than it is today! Hang in there! We're all mentally pushing/pulling you towards that finish line!
  • JT is rallying from that 24/mile stretch. I don't even want to think about what the heat is doing to folks out there. He's almost home!

  • 13:45:36!!!! JT IS IN!

He looked quite happy and chipper as he crossed. Good job to rally, JT!

  • Bring it on home, Danny!

  • Everyone is home now. Good job.

  • Hey guys - thanks for tracking yesterday. Tough race. Temps were 90+ with humidity. Had good swim and conservative bike. Run going well till about mile 12 when stomach just shut down. Had to just slow down to walk to keep moving forward and tried every trick in the book to get it back. Finally able to shuffle in the last mile as rallied. At least stayed out of medical and no glow stick. Have to re-plan my nutrition.

Great to see other ENers out on course.

    Off to Mont Tremblant!
  • Thanks everybody for following along yesterday. I had a GREAT first IM - swam as best I could expect, solid nearly perfect bike, good run. Thanks to the EN team for all the execution advice. I thought to myself countless times through the day "if I didn't know X, I could really be screwing up right now". Enjoyed meeting several others on the team.
  • I was acting as Sherpa for JT and spectated the entire race.ย  BIG CONGRATS to Team EN for the collective performance yesterday.ย  It was very hot, very humid, bright sun and no wind.ย  Just brutal.ย  I saw many ENers on the course and everyone was staying in their box and executing.ย  Smart racing=Team Victory!!

I'm really proud of JT.ย  He had a very rough day and had a bad 2nd half of the run.ย  But he came back @ the end to rely and finish his 3rd IM.
