Wheel stickers.

I'm looking to replace my Zipp 404 stickers. I can go to Zipp and buy the new ones but thought to ask does EN have these or does anyone else have something cool to share in the line of buying stickers?

Looking for a recommendation too as to how to apply the stickers.

  • David - I got the EN stickers from Tai (tai@taigraphx.com) .... trying to find the website now, but the firewall at work is being problematic. sorry.

As far as taking off/putting on, it was pretty easy. Just carefully peel off the old stickers. Clean the wheel surface -- I used GooGone. Then *slooooowwwwwlllly* put on the new stickers by partially peeling off the backing, start the sticker, then slowly and deliberately peel a little more backing off, smooth out the newly applied sticker (get any bubbles out by working them to the edge), repeat.
  • I bought mine at ridealoha.com. They have 404 stickers and others. I would give them a 2 star recommendation for customer service, 5 stars for product. A couple of criticals for applying these things: The wheel has to be very clean. I cleaned mine with alcohol. I decided the layout then taped one side of the stickers to the wheel. Then I pulled off the backing, laid the stickers down using the tape like a hinge and rubbed with a tongue depresser. You have to rub the edges well or the sticker may peel off.
  • @ David -- I have some EN stickers I bought and never ended up applying. If you want them you can have them for free...send me your address and I'll get them to you.
  • Thx Matt PM coming your way.

The service is so-so and took about 3 weeks but I LOVE them.
