week 15 training
Hey coaches,
I need to get an answer to some training. During week 15 I have a half ironman distance race scheduled in Oklahoma City, and during that same time I am to do a 6 hour ride and 60 min run that weekend.
Need to know how to handle this since that seems very important and should not be missed.

That workout that weekend is your first race rehearsal. I recommend you roll that to Week 16 but you MUST get this in, ie, you may need to rest hard after that HIM in wk 15 in order to get in the RR the weekend of wk 16
