These plastic bags are perfect for putting "nutrition" in -- 3 ShotBlocks, 1/4 of a PowerBar, S!Caps, etc.

agreed on the bags.  I get them from Walgreens.  used them for the 3M half this past weekend.  Just perfect for salt tabs!
