Beth Hornak, Week #19, Sprint, Need help in adjusting workouts for this week
Hello Coaches,
We are taking our family vacation this coming weekend. We are scheduled to leave on Friday, with a Monday return. Per the plan, the bike is only 60 minutes on Saturday. I hesitate to schlepp my bike 4.5 hours on the back of the car for the 60 minute ride that is scheduled. Is there a chance that the rides can be shuffled to MWF and swims to TR to allow for a Saturday day off, the run on Sunday and Monday will be the wild card. The dude ranch we are going to doesn't technically allow for lap time, but it is possible I can talk to the guards and get in before they open.

Seriously though, just have fun...you'll love it and be faster for it!!
Epic fail on workouts scheduled for yesterday - due to work, I was not able to bike or run. Today is a scheduled swim / run. Should I try to do the bike from yesterday or reslot it to do before our departure on Friday morning?
Truth be told, I am not keen on horseback riding. This vacation is for my daughters who love it -- I will meander behind them!
