The Team EN tracker and all other related links are on the Dashboard. This place is where you can keep the Team updated on what's going on, your observations, etc....it becomes a really cool record for the athletes to review afterwards too!!! Thanks Team!

Bikes are set up on the roof of a parking structure. Its a looooong, narrow concrete space. When I did it in 05, my bike was at the far end, and running in socks seemed to make a lot more sense than clopping in cleats that whole way. As to sitting down...I didn't do that, but in smaller races, I routinely sit in T1, to remove wet suit and to put on sock/shoes.

The whole transition zone in Madison is one of its unique charms.

love how everyone mount exactly at the bike line, so everyone behind has to stop and wait. what if someone went 3-4 bike lengths BEYOND the line so that it would create more of a flow for people to mount and move on....

go everyone. no swim times. but transition times. so people are surviving. couple 5 minute t1 times which I assume is fast for the setup. nice weather there?

You can learn a lot by watching the mount line and how what you do impacts others.

Saw numerous pairs of ENers going to the mount line...

Assume folks heard Matt Sullivan (former ENer) crashed out with potential collar bone break. Big bummer!

Is run split 3 and 4 down a steep hill? Those are some fast marathon paced segments.

Split 3 is net downhill from 920 feet to ~865. As I read it split 4 from miles 8.8-9.9 go up. See the elevation profile here :http://www.ironman.com/~/media/0a53...202012.pdf
