So I am doing IMWI on Sunday and my plan says I have a 90 minute ride tommorrow (thursday) on the course. I will not be leaving home till afternoon that day so will have to get my workout done in the morning here at home. Should I still try to get a 90 minute ride in or do something shorter, or what would be the suggested course of action. I don't want to blow myself up for Sunday, but still feel pretty good without any nagging pains (at this exact moment). So to ride or not to ride? And if so, for how long?
