Thanks folks!!!! It means so much you guys all remember...I celebrated with a nice long run of 17 miles and pleny of me time, and tonight it's dinner with the family. I am definitely one lucky doode! You guys rock!!!

I got an email from the folks at Endrofun sports telling me cake = carbo loading today!
