Big Day this Saturday need input

I am in week 8 of training for IM Coz. Have a "Big Day" workout on Sat.  It is hotter then Hades down here in South Florida.  The pool opens @7 on Sat which would be me starting my run @ close to noon.  Is it a bad idea to do the bike first then swim and run to avoid some of the heat exposure on the bike, or stick to the normal schedule?  I will comply with your sage wisdom .  I have completed five 70.3 races in Florida so I can deal with the heat either way.
