Week 13, 14, 15 of IM plan no intensity prescribed for weekday bike workout??

For weeks 13,14 and 15 of the advanced IM plan there is no set intensity of the bike workouts for the weekday ride.  It says:

MS: 2x 20' (5'). Remainder of session @ 70-75%/Zone2/Steady. 

Coach Notes: These FTP / Interval sessions are your "make me FASTER" sessions each week. Very important, set yourself up for success by pre-hydrating, learning what pre-ride nutrition works for you, and getting psyched to work!



Do I assume these are Z4 for the 2x20?
