race-RR conflict

Coming up on week 14 of the HIM training plan in 2 weeks, but am doing a sprint race, so I won't be able to do the scheduled RR.  Should I move that work out up a week to 13 or back a week to 15, not worry about missing it, or some other option?  Thanks!

  • @AM, move it the week before -- the RR includes a friday Swim TT, so be sure to check that out as well....then the next week do as planned, just do Thursday long run early in AM, friday off, Sat Race, Sunday ride as best you can but if you need to chill it and do z1/z2 that's fine too!!!
