Plan change for this week?

I am entering week 10 of my training for IM Cozumel.  On Sunday my better half is doing the Powerman Duathlon in Jupiter Florida.  Between being race support crew and 2 hours of travel time home, doubtful I will get the scheduled Sunday workout in.  Should I rearrange my schedule or just omit the Sunday ride? 

One other question, since I am a slower runner... should I be concerned about not getting enough miles in during my Thursday long run in the allotted amount of time?
