Garmin FIT file in to WKO??

I am playing catch up with crucibles but can't open some of the files in WKO that end in .fit or .fit.gz  -- anyone have any tips for me? Thanks!

Coach when that happened to me I had to upload to tp from their device agent. Then download back into wko from tp down. Weird process but I still do that to date.
