HEED nutrition information
I am doing an Olympic triathlon soon and the on course sports drink is Hammer HEED. I will use my normal perform for the bike (Just 1 bottle). But ideally I would use the HEED for the run. On the Hammer website they say that a scoop is 100 calories per scoop. Does anyone know how they mix it on course? The Hammer products seem to have all sorts of recommendations on how to mix it so I have no idea what the 4oz cup on the run would actually contain. Also disappointing it is so low in sodium.
